Default Extract values from formulas

I have a worksheet to calculate hours worked for a week.
I desire a way to carry the results of the calculations to the next
worksheet as values, not linked back to the previous formula.

Select the desired range
Copy
Select the first cell of the destination range in the other worksheet
PasteSpecial Values
