Default Custom View Dialog Box

Hello,

I have modified my menu so that the Custom View dialog box is displayed on
the toolbar (this saves having to get to the custom view via the view menu).

I added this drop down box to the tool bar via the Tools Customise
Commands Tab View - then dragged the Custom View drop down box so it is
displayed next to the 'Save' button. Then I saved the document.

When any colleague opens this file, the drop down custom view box does not
appear - this only works when I open the file.

I would like to make this so that when anyone opens this file, the Custom
View drop down box is always displayed on the tool bar... does anyone know
how to acheive this?
