I am trying to resume my macro in Excel 2000, but I can't find the resume
macro button which is in the toolbar in Excel 1998, but I can't find it in Excel 2000. |

It's not there anymore.
I think most people just record a new macro, then combine the routines in one while they're doing other tweaking.
