Default xlquery.xla in Excel 2003

I have some linked queries and tables in a workbook (from an Access file).
When I open or close the workbook I get a message that Excel can't find the
xlquery.xla add-in. According to articles on the m/soft website, this add-in
is no longer supported in 2003 and also cannot be downloaded. Is this an
erroneous message I'm getting or do I need to try and find this old add-in
file and install it? If that's the case, I'm going to have to recommend this
to the rest of my company (we're currently upgrading to 2003 from 97 and I
know a lot of the others also have these linked tables).
Thanks.
