Default Gridlines

I am looking to see how to make gridlines show up on my whole worksheet. I
have tried all the 'help' suggestions but to no avail. Does anyone know how
or is this not an option any more?

Default Gridlines

To make gridlines appear on your whole sheet select Options from the Tools
menu, and in the bottom left corner there should be a check box with
Gridlines next to it, ensure the box is ticked.
If you're wanting the gridlines to print, go to File, Page Setup and Select
the Sheet tab, then under the Print section, check the gridlines box.
The only other thing I can think of is that someone has altered the colour
of the gridlines or the border to white so that they aren't appearing.
Hope this helps.
