Default Embedded Word document

Hello.

I am trying to create a template which will have a significant amount
of calculations in it and want to give the user the ability to write a
limited amount of text in parts of the template.

I have embedded a Word document but want to limit the the text that
can be written for printing/presentation purposes. I don't want the
user to be able to scroll or type past a fixed window size.
Additionally, it seems to work, with the exception fo what was
mentioned above, but while the font is normal when typing, when I close
the window and return to the excel spreadsheet the font gets "funky".

Any ideaas on how to allow the user to input text and have the same
functionality as word (i.e. paragraphs, bullets, etc.)

Any help is appreciated.
