The ending bracket will align nicely. Is it that you want to align these

This is done through number formats
Use 0.00_);(0.00);0 The underscore character means leave a space the size of the following character The first part of format is positive numbers followed by negative followed by zero followed by text "Fred Smith" wrote: The ending bracket will align nicely.
