How do I calculate outliers in Excel?
One way would be to calculate the standard deviation of the set. Make a
decision as to how many sigmas you want to exclude. Sort the data by the calculated deviation and discard the outliers. -- Gary''s Student "SW" wrote: Is there a way for excel to automatically determine outliers in a given data set and exclude them from future calculations? |
