Default Argument problem

I need help with this formula.

Cell A1=$1001.00

Cell B1=$1002.00

I need C1 to =( B1*1% ) only if B1 is equal to or greater then A1

I keep getting "#NAME" in the cell using my formula,,, obviously does
not work.

I discovered that sleeping during high school algelbra is now catching
up to me.

thank you for any help.

Jim
