Default Add cells

Someone in my organization deleted about 18 blank cells from a worksheet,
shifting the cells up.

This resulted in other columns not lining up. How do I repair this column
so that it matches up with corresponsing data in other columns? I don't want
to have any extra cells to overall worksheet.

Default Add cells

Not possible unless you know the original state and then you need to do it
manually unless of course some smart person created backup copies
