Default Spell Check in Protected Worksheet & Shared Workbook continued

As it is impossible to unprotect sheets in a Shared workbook does it then
follow that it is impossible to use spell check on the unlocked cells within
a protected worksheet in a shared workbook?

Any advice much appreciated

Best regards
Dave
