Default Show goal in chart

I have the months in column A and the data in column B. I am doing a bar
chart - everything working fine. Now I need to add the goal as a line going
across the chart. How would I do this?

For instance, the goal is 50. So I want a line going across the chart at 50.

Thanks in advance.
