Default Code does not work on emailed file

Hi, I have a workbook that is years old. At the time I created it, I
included code so numbers (time) could be entered without the use of a colon.
The code was given to me by an MVP and worked flawlessly for years.

I just emailed this file to another person using the same version as I,
however the code does not work... In other words, when you don't use the
colon, all numbers entered show as zeros.

When I detach the file from my sent folder, everything works fine...

Need help???

If you'll click Tools Add-ins, note which Add-Ins are installed on
your computer and compare them to the add-ins on the other computer.
If there is a difference, install the add-ins on the other computer and
see if the code will run.

Thanks Dave O...
I'm running 2003 SBE on both computers. Under Add-ins it only lists
available ones to install. Since this is a basic IT install across all
network computers, and that end users can not install add-ins, I would assume
all is the same. (there are no add-ins listed in the add-in folder under
appl data/microsoft/add-ins). Any other thoughts?

How about the user's security level? If he does not accept macros/
allow them to run then any macros on board will not work. Or, is it
something to do with the email system?
