Default Header/Footer side margins

I can control the distance my header and footer are from the top and bottom,
but not the left/right margins (using Excel 2000). So if I have a
left-justified footer and adjust the margin of the spreadsheet, they don't
line up.

Yep.

About all you can do (and it doesn't always line up correctly) is pad with
spaces.
