Default Obtaining Max and Min Values with Sumproduct

Is this possible?

I have a data set of 4,000 lines and want to extract the maximum and
minimum values for Criteria3, where the conditions for Criteria1 and
Criteria2 are met.

I would be grateful for any assistance
