Article ID: 269370 "Last digits are changed to zeroes when you type long
numbers in cells of Excel" explains half of the problem. I am loading a CSV file with Credit Card numbers and loosing the last digit. The workaround is to rename the file as *.txt and loading the file and setting the column's format to Text. Can't one customize Excel 2003 to default the cell format to Text? |
