Default changing column headings

I want to know how to change the column and row heading names, like "A2" to
read a name like "Atlanta". So that when it prints it will print the header
of Atlanta vs the "A2" on my mulit page worksheet. Any help out there?
Thanks Gary

You could put your headings in row 1, suppress column headings,
ToolsOptions and uncheck row and column headings, and set row 1 as a print
heading, FilePage SetupSheet and set rows to repeat as $1:$1.
