Auto clear when qualification is met
I am working with a large sheet, where I would like some cells to clear after a certain time. They contain data that becomes out of date. For instance, I would like to clear contents of F16 after 5pm. The problem is there are alot of cells, most of which have a different time they would clear. It is also a shared sheet, so having to manually run a macro all the time would be too difficult. Is there any way to do this with a formula.? you can try having a macro run every time you load the sheet that sets off a timer to run a macro to clear the cells every hour or so. this would not give you the most up to date but within an hour of when the data becomes obsolete it would be cleared. -- tkaplan ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tkaplan's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=22987 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=474731 |
