Default Tying an imported graphic to a cell

Is it possible to tie an imported graphic to a cell? Here is the scenario
that I wish to accomplish;

I have created some very basic drawings in AutoCAD. My Sales force wants to
tie these drawings to a spreadsheet. I want to create a sheet in Excel in
which each of my drawings are attached to a cell so that Sales can use the
sheet of drawings in their main sales spreadsheet in such a way that if they
choose "X" option, then cell "A1" (for example) will = the cell on the sheet
where that particular drawing resides.

I hope I haven't confused everyone with this question... :)

Thanks!
