Default Very Urgent VBA Procedure

I have 2 files:
1 - I have to look up the value of row C3 - to populate row D3 in file
Workbook(Billable Jobs)Sheet(Header-Partners)- in file VBAP row D3 if and
only if C3 in file VBAP is: SP
2 I have to look up the value of C3 - to populate row J3 in file
Workbook(Billable Jobs)Sheet(Header-Partners)- in file VBAP row D3 if and
only if C3 in file VBAP is: PY
