Scaling Page with Adobe PDFwriter 7.0
I have an Excel spreadsheet with margins of 0.5 inch on left and right
sides. When I print preview, what I see matches the 0.5 margin on left and right. When I print that document to an HP 8100 printer, the margins grow to 1.5 to 2.5 inches on either side of the document. The document between the margins is shrunk down, and this signficantly affects readability of the page. On Page Setup I have tried making the page 1 Page wide and specifying height as a blank field. This normally would scale the image perfectly. Again, Print Preview looks perfect and real printing grows the margin in a very big way and scales the page down between the margins. I am trying this with Excel 2000. What causes this scaling down of the document only when it prints? How do I workaround this? -- Will |
