Default Removing macros from workbook

Hello
Is there a quick and easy way to remove all macros from a workbook I receive
from others? I find that, if I accept these, all of my custom toolbar
buttons that call up my own macros get "re-mapped" and I have to go in to
every one manually and re-assign macros to them.

If your security settings are set to Medium or High before you open such a
book, you will have the option to not run its macros (or, with High they won't
run, period).
