Default table issues

I have a table that I need to divide into 6 separate tables with the same
header for each and same number of rows and colums in each table. Header to
be centered over each separate table. This needs to be on one sheet only.
How would I change the current full page table to the 6 separate ones?

Hi Mary,
Excel does no work that way. You must have the same width
columns all the way down. If you are composing a form on a single
page you can make narrower columns and merge cells to make
pretty forms -- but they are not good for inserting/deleting rows,
and certainly no good for sorting data.
