Password
I have an excel file with a password to open it. I have the password,
however, i would now like to remove it. Can anyone help? |

Hardy03, open the file then file save as, click on tools, general options,
and delete the password, OK, save, say yes to overwrite the file, depending on what version of excel you are using it will be a little different, but that should get you there -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
