Default Password

I have an excel file with a password to open it. I have the password,
however, i would now like to remove it. Can anyone help?

Hardy03, open the file then file save as, click on tools, general options,
and delete the password, OK, save, say yes to overwrite the file, depending
on what version of excel you are using it will be a little different, but
that should get you there

Hi
select file then save as from menu bar select tools then from drop down
general options delete the passwords and save file
