I have two questions -

(a) How do I format a cell to display a number like *2,50,000.00* and
not 250,000.00 ?

(b) I have 10 columns say F to O, that I use to enter data once a
month. However, I do not want to see these columns everyday. Can I
*roll these columns* by some means. I do not know VBA or Macros.

All help appreciated.
