Default Multiple Spreadsheets Opening in Same Window

I have windows 2000 and Excel 2000.

Some how... I managed to mush all my seperate spreadsheets in my task
bar into one single "Microsoft Excel" button. Reminds me of how
windows xp confines multiple instances of internet explorer into one
button to save space.

I don't want this... and can't figure out for the life of me how I set
it like this :(

Anybody know how to change it back?
