CALENDARS/SCHEDULES
Every month I do the department schedules for 20+ employees. We use
individual Excel calendars. I am currently manualy updating the calendars and schedules. Is there a way to have Excel automaticaly update the calendar every month plus enter the schedule for me. For example, employee A has a set Mon-Fri schedule but on certain days of the month it changes like 1st Monday of the month there is a meeting at 9. Any suggestions? MON TUE WED THUR FRI ALL IN IN OFF OFF IN 1ST meeting at 9 2ND IN 3RD meeting at 9 4TH IN 1/2 day 5TH |
