WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN CHANGE THE COLUMN HEADERS FROM THE ALPAHBET TO
NUMBERS AND VICE VERSA

check (or uncheck) R1C1 Reference Style

Hi Anne

ToolsOptionsGeneral and select R1C1 referencing.
By the way, try to avoid using all capitals in the newsgroups. It's regarded
as shouting.
