Brilliant! The simple approachs are always the best. This sure beats
cycling through all my cells to convert numbers stored as text into numbers. Thanks! -- Cl "Rollin_Again " wrote: Put the number *1* in any of the blank cells on the workbook. Right click the cell with the *1* in it and select *COPY*.
