Default Users & Roles in AS2005 using Excel2003

Dear all,
I have tried this in AS2005 groups... without answers.. Please help.

My customer is using Analysis Services 2005 - IDW15 and Excel 2003.
His problem is that when browsing a cube in Excel 2003 measures are show as
#N/A - Why?
He has granted users ReadAccess in an role and put all users in local groups
on the server: SQLServer2005MSOLAPUser$MSSQLSERVER and Users.
Is it necessary to include the users in a local group on the server or is
the Role assignment enough?
If he adds user to the local group: Administrator, then there is no problem
- measures are shown properly.
Everything else seems to work - access to the database and all dimensions.
He has tested using cube security button in Visual Studio
2005 and it worked fine.

Regards
