Default printing error

I am trying to help my boss with a spreadsheet. It appears that his
formulas are correct as the numbers in his expenditures add up. However,
when he prints, the numbers in the total columns print as ####### instead of
the numbers that show on his computer screen. We have already tried to
expand the column width as some suggest. What else can we do to make sure
that his budget prints as it should?

Widen the column (even more)
Make the font smaller
or make the font size adjust...format|cells|Alignment tab|Check shrink to fit.

Is this problem unique with just this one file? Will the file print
properly on another printer? Have you recently upgraded the Printer and/or
Operating System..........could be a PrinterDriver problem......especially
if you see good numbers on the screen and not on the printer.
