Could you please refer the attached file and help me build a lookup formula that matches certain values of the lookup cell, and also a formula to extract certain values from a destination cell.

I managed to get the above file solved. But I came across another problem.I had another question regarding lookup by referencing multiple columns. Please refer attached. Can you please advise a solution ? Thanks

=IFERROR(INDEX($N$3:$N$16,MATCH(A2&C2,$K$3:$K$16&$ L$3:$L$16,0)),0)
and insert the array formula with CRTL+Shift+Enter and copy down
