Default Formula IF

Hi,

Require a solution to for the below mentioned requirement:

In Cell A1 there is a date.

There should be a formula in Cell B1 where automatically the value should get displayed as Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4

1st Jan 2014 till 31st March 2014 would be Q1
1st Apr 2014 till 3oth June 2014 would be Q2
1st Jul 2014 till 30th Sep 2014 would be Q3
1st Oct 2014 till 31st Dec 2014 would be Q4

Pls help me by providing me a solution.

="Q"&ROUNDUP(MONTH(A1)/3,0)
