Default export data by selecting date range

could advise if I want to use access db to do it , how to make it ?

I haven't used Access. Surely others reading this have used it.

Microsoft has a tutorial at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tr...006118141.aspx

There are Access-specific newsgroups, for example:
microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted
