Default how to link ranges into transpose style?

I want to link two worksheets. worksheet1 is LInk-1-compilation.xlsx and ws2 is Link-2-mark register.xlsx.
i want to link the contents from link-1 , cell c3:i3 to link-2 cells E3:E9. the thing is the data has to be taken in the manner that it is transposed.link-1 is the master file.how can i do this? thanks.
