Default I think I may need to use a macro?

Good day,

I am looking to take info from one excel sheet and copy it into another if column I does not have the word "electronically" or "hard copy" in it. I would also need to copy the persons name, and number which is not always in the same spot.

I need a formula that will check column I for the words electronically or hard copy and if nothing is in there add the information from that row into another sheet, including the name, number and shop of that employee.

So do I need a macro, or can this be done easily? Would it be possible to make this expand as more info is added?

I appologize for not being able to upload a copy of the workbook, but I would be happy to answer any questions that could help me figure this confusion.

Thank you in advance for all your help!
