Default a template in Excel 2000 called mimic.xlt?

I am told there is a template in Excel 2000 that is called mimic.xlt. I have
searched for it online but can find no evidence that it even exists! Trying
to use it to make a stockpicker spreadsheet but having no luck at all. If you
find it could you please email it to me?

Thank you
