Default Conditional Formatting 3 blanks in a row

Help! I am looking for a way to highlight three blank cells in a row. the spreadsheet is an attendance sheet with dates going across the top and names going down the side. It is a simple grid with an "X" if the person was here on a certain date or it is left blank. I want to highlight when any one person missed three weeks in a row.

Thanks! Kris
