Default Conditional formatting with two columns

I am looking for some help with some conditional formatting.

Column G = Date competed
Column H = Expiry date
Column I = Date completed
Column J = Expiry date

What I want the formatting to do is:
Green - When H and J are TODAY()+181) make entire column is green
Red - When H and J are <TODAY()) make entire column is red
Yellow - When H or J is less than 180 days from today make entire column yellow and bold the G&H or I&J less than the 180 days

I am hoping this is possible. My brain just isn't working today and I cannot figure it out.

Thank you in advance for all your help.
