Question How to hide rows having a specific value in cell of column A ?

I have a big worksheet containing historical cash flow movements. I need to automatically hide the rows where the first cell (column A) of the row is containing a specific value (999).
Is there a way to achieve this without a macro? If not what would be the code to insert?

You could use a filter set to column A does not equal 999.

That would hide all of those rows.

Is that what you mean?
