I have an excel spreadsheet summary that is calculating YTD information but I want it to check back to a different workbook that is seperated by monthly tabs also calculating YTD numbers. So I was wondering if there is a way to link the summary sheet to look up the current month tab and check the YTD totals to make sure they match and to come back and say "yes" or "no". My summary sheet already has a formula linked to change the totals for which period it is in so its just a matter of having a formula that tells me that the two YTD numbers balance. If anyone has any clue what I mean by this I would apreciate the help.
Thanks. |
