Default How do I may have a file preview on Excel before open it?

Just before openning a file, using Tools option I may have a file preview.
Every time I try it I have the message "preview not available" Please help!

Hi-

In order for a Preview to be available the file must be created/saved by a
program that creates a preview. Excel does not. Previews are primarily
available for graphics files.

If you need to know more about an Excel file before opening it you might
want to start using the FileProperties which can be viewed while the file is
open or closed.
