Excel 2007 pivot table: select multiple data easier
I am using Excel 2007 (many individual spreadsheets every day with
pivot tables). On each pivot table, I want to select all the fields that start with the same four letters. Here's an example: Acme Boston Acme Dallas Acme Ontario Every month the amount of divisions may go up or down, depending on how much (if any) each city's division buys. It's taking quite a bit of time to click all the check boxes (could be more than twenty for each spreadsheet, sales are posted monthly on separate sheets). Is there a way I could have Excel click all the check boxes that start with "Acme"? (ideally, with just one click) Please explain. |
