Default In a shared workbook, can only one person "accept or reject" chang

In a shared excel workbook, several people can make changes, and any one of
those people can accept or reject the changes by going into Tools/Track
Changes/Accept or Reject changes. My question is: Is there a way to assign
only one person to be in charge of "accepting or rejecting" changes in the
workbook?
