Default I think its a sumproduct query?

Top of the day to you,
I have a list of dates over several years (A column)
Debts accrued during those years (B Column)
I'd like to sum the total debts over a specific period of years from the
current year, under its respective heading, i.e. debts accrued 1-3 years from
the current year, 4-5yrs, 6-10yrs etc.
I'd need it to remain fairly dynamic that next and following years it will
recalculate from the new year.

Thanks a bundle.
