Default Address book to excel

Hi

I have a chart in excel 2000 with the persons last name, first name and
email address. Lets call them soccer registrations. I was wondering if
anyone knows an easy way to create a group (Soccer 2005) with all the
email addresses grouped together without everyones email address
cluttering up my contact list. I am using outlook express.

Thanks a lot.
