Default how do I print one side upside down?

I am creating a spreadsheet that will be folded in half, put on a clipboard,
and used in flight.. Most used data is on the right side of the form, less
used on the left.

I want to be able to just fold the document back, while in the clipboard, to
access the less used data. To do this, I need to print he left side
normally, and the right side upside down.

I could print both sides normally, cut it in half, rotate the right side and
have it photocopied, but I thought I would ask if there is a way to set it up
via excel.

I am not sure exactly what you want
but if you want to have a portrait type separation verticallly
Select page set up and select landscape
then select the cells you want in one direction and format alignment angle -90
and the rest of the cells format alignment +90
you may have to play with portrait vs landscape and which cells go which
direction to get what you really want.

1. First select the cells you want to flip over.
2. Next hold down the shift key and pull down Edit Copy Picture and copy
3. Next (without the shift key) go anywhere on the sheet and paste.

Because it is now a picture, you can move it anywhre, re-size it or rotate
it to any degree.
