I am creating a database which is mainly for quick acess to medical data. I
am wanting to have a copy of the medical reports scanned into the main
server. Is there a way I can make a hyperlink between each scan and mark
it's position on a speadsheet in excel.

I was hoping to use a userform which asks the date, person and test
requested and then hit a button which would scanthe form into the database.

Is this possible or am I dreaming?
