Can I copy an entire file into a new workbook, without changing the sheet
names. (ie keeping them sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 3)? I need to pull the same
cell in each sheet however the formula I have only works if sheets are named
as such.

right-click on the tab select move or copy (if you are copying then chick the
box that says create a cpy) the from the drop down menu select the workbook
you want to copy the page to or select new workbook.
