Sorting
When you try to sort cells while leaving adjacent cells unselected, you get a
sort warning. How do you stop this warning from showing up ? |

Joey,
You don't want to. It's easy to sort only one column when one wanted to sort the entire table, and is disastrous if not caught and undone. To prevent the warning for just this sheet, try putting an empty column on each side. You can hide it. Now your column is isolated, and will sort without the warning. Other Excel commands that depend on expanding a selection will no longer work on this sheet, though. Autofilter, Advanced filter, charting, etc. Keep that in mind. -- Earl Kiosterud mvpearl omitthisword at verizon period net ------------------------------------------- "JoeyJoeJoe" wrote in message ...
